We offer flexible and secure payment options to make your booking experience easy and stress free. You can complete your trip purchase using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, or Wise. Every transaction is fully encrypted and protected, ensuring a smooth and safe checkout process for all World Tours 360 travelers. For added convenience, many of our trips allow you to secure your booking with a small deposit before completing the full payment.

Once the quotation is finalized and you agree to the trip details, it is recommended that a deposit be made to secure your booking, as trip availability can quickly change. After the deposit is completed, the remaining balance can be paid later according to the payment schedule. If you prefer, you may also pay the full amount upfront without using a deposit.

Yes, the trip refund policy will be included with your invoice and will be clearly explained before you book any trip.

For most of our trips, no, there is no age limit. However, a few tours do have age restrictions due to the nature of the activities. For example, our NZ Tour: Your Ultimate Otago Rail Trail Experience includes cycling as part of the itinerary, so it may have specific age or fitness requirements.

All hotels include free Wi-Fi. Some trips also offer Wi-Fi on the buses, however please be aware that the signal can be weak in certain regions due to remote locations being visited.
